Very simply, yourself and a Pilates/Yoga mat. Some people do like to bring a jumper or extra layer to keep them warm as we warm up and cool down. A bottle of water is always a good idea!


Something that doesn't restrict your movement, is comfortable and most importantly makes you feel at ease and confident. You can choose whether you would like to be bare footed or wear socks. 


Pilates is a low impact form of exercise and for this reason can be a great way to workout whilst experiencing a medical condition or recovering from injury. Before attending a class, please reach out to your instructor to make them aware of the condition to ensure that the movement covered in class is safe or can be adapted to your needs. If you are unsure, please consult a medical professional for advice.


Yes! Aching shows that your muscles are starting to change. If you are feeling achey after a session try easy stretching or going for a walk to increase blood flow to the muscles and help to reduce a build up of Lactic Acid. If you are experiencing excessive discomfort or pain, please contact your health provider. 


Yes, providing you have clearance from your health care provider (or post-partum 6 weeks clearance from a health care professional). Please make your instructor aware if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, as adaptations may need to be made to movement.


Absolutely! Classes are designed for all levels. You'll be guided through each movement and modifications will be offered so that you can work at the pace that feels right for your body! You don't need any experience, just a little bit of curiosity!


All classes are fully refundable or transferable to another class time up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations within a 24 hour period are non refundable or transferable.
